Katie Lopez

Katie Lopez leads the Panavision group’s global human resources team. She brings experience in a wide variety of business contexts across an array of market sectors, from aerospace and defense to fast-moving consumer goods. Prior to Panavision, Katie held key HR roles with Northrop Grumman and Nestle before joining Ready Pac Foods and Bonduelle Fresh Americas, where she spent 10 years, including 5 as CHRO Throughout her career, she has nurtured a passion for being people-focused, strategy-led, and purpose-driven, helping individuals and organizations achieve their full potential. She received her bachelor’s degree in economics from Occidental College and also holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Human Resource Design from the Claremont Graduate University, Peter Drucker School of Business.
